CASA DELLA PASTA, located in the town of Jávea, is an Italian restaurant owned by an Italian-Dutch couple. It is a whole temple dedicated to the Italian "Cuisine" since 1999, when we started as a small restaurant in the Port of Jávea. Since then, not a single day has passed in which we do not strive 100% to improve the quality of our dishes and satisfy our customers with the service.
The simple and modern style of the menu is a tribute to the most granada of a traditional recipe book; a succession of surprises among the menu of specialties, always using fresh seasonal products and freshly prepared sauces. Among our great pasta options, we highlight the Risotto with Carnaroli Rice, the "Panzerotti Burro e Salvia" and the "Tagliatelle al Funghi and Porcini". Our secret: apply to the recipes the best ingredients rigorously fresh. As for their desserts, they give meaning to the definition of "facts at home", since the traditional Tiramisu or Zabaione take on a singular expression. How could it be otherwise, their wines are genuinely Italian.
Our great terrace is perfect to welcome good weather and there is a private parking for our customers.
